Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing CSPASP.com. We are committed to providing high-quality online CSP and ASP exam-preparation materials. Please carefully review the product description, package contents, access period, system requirements, and this policy before completing your purchase.

Digital Products and Course Access

All products offered through CSPASP.com are digital educational products. Because access to course videos, practice questions, mock examinations, downloadable materials, and other proprietary content may be provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing access to digital educational content;

  • No physical product will be shipped;

  • Access may begin immediately after payment is successfully processed;

  • You have reviewed the product or package description and selected the product appropriate for your needs; and

  • Once access to the digital content has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled except where cancellation or a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled only if we receive the cancellation request before access to the purchased digital content has been activated or delivered.

Once login credentials, course access, practice examinations, downloadable materials, or other digital content have been made available, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, transferred, or refunded, except as expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Exceptional Circumstances

Although purchases are generally non-refundable, we will review requests involving:

  • Duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same purchase;

  • Payment made without the purchaser’s authorization;

  • Failure to provide access to the purchased product;

  • A significant technical issue originating from our platform that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period; or

  • Circumstances in which a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

For a discretionary refund that is not legally required, a processing fee of up to $45 may be deducted where permitted by law. This fee will not be deducted from refunds involving an unauthorized payment, duplicate charge, failure to provide purchased access, or another refund required by applicable law.

Technical Issues

A technical problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. If you experience difficulty accessing your course or account, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and provide reasonable technical assistance.

Before submitting a request, please confirm that your device, browser, internet connection, and software meet the applicable requirements described on our website.

Examination Results

Our courses and preparation materials are designed to support candidates preparing for CSP and ASP certification examinations. However, purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee:

  • Eligibility or admission to an examination;

  • A passing examination score;

  • Certification;

  • Employment or career advancement; or

  • Any particular professional, educational, or financial outcome.

Dissatisfaction with an examination result, failure to complete or use the course, a change in personal circumstances, or purchasing an incorrect product or package does not qualify for a refund.

Candidates remain responsible for confirming current eligibility requirements, examination policies, registration procedures, and certification requirements directly with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

Promotional Offers and Price Changes

Discount codes and promotional pricing must be applied at the time of purchase. We do not provide refunds, credits, or price adjustments for:

  • Discount codes that were not entered during checkout;

  • Promotions introduced after a purchase was completed; or

  • Subsequent changes to a product’s regular or promotional price.

Account Access and Acceptable Use

Course access is provided only to the individual named on the order. Accounts, login credentials, course materials, videos, practice questions, mock examinations, and downloadable content may not be shared, transferred, copied, reproduced, recorded, resold, or distributed.

Access may be suspended or terminated if account sharing, unauthorized distribution, fraudulent activity, payment reversal, or a violation of our Terms and Conditions is identified.

Refunds will not be provided when access is suspended or terminated because of fraud, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or another material violation of our Terms and Conditions, except where required by applicable law.
